Since new semester came last month,I had been meditating something relating to life explanation. The main doubt is about the existence of ourselves in the physical world. Many commonly accepted conventions have been deeply rooted in our mind soil. However, except for law of natural world, any human constructed laws used to better manage the society could be challenged and questioned. There is a universal truth that reality is never existent in our society.Nothing is unchangeable and permanent in human society unless you surrender to the society which is the single authority to govern his people.

How sad!Today ,just now,I heard about that Teacher day was celebrated by our department.I just wonder why there is no any info related to this event sent to our email. Anything is happening in our department,I am always the last one to get informed. It may be my personal problem, but it should be more ascribed to the collapsed information network in this department. Among those teachers, obviously,Professor Raman, and M Mishra are the most appreciated faculties in terms of spreading information. This is the basic responsibility to undertake, this should be improved more or less in Economics department. After all,all professors teach that information is playing a fundamental role in efficiently allocating scarce resources, why some teachers do not follow this universal law. Last semester,Satarupa helped me much,so that I could stay up with latest development in our class. This semester would be tough enough,no way to escape it,but to accept it and face it. I have been persisting that China still have strong national traditional culture to resist erosion from Western culture. As a boy born in a traditional society,I am lucky to witness a sea change happening around us every day.At least in China,Many young people turn their interest to Western culture promoting individualism, etc, but I insist that our soil have the capability to nurture some unchangeable conventions among our people.
A member of the society wants himself to have a sustainable and tractable life on the basis of division of labor under which there would be no single one able to undertake all production activities to satisfy his life demand, the society should consider two main things:one thing is to at least guarantee his present existing members could survive before next generations replace them, the second thing is to at least guarantee next generations could survive after last generations all die. We,all seem to be quite busy with various work for the purpose of holding a large amount of transact-able and acceptable resources for potential expenditure in future. However, many people understand a little bit how the life exactly is like, because they spend little time figuring out real demand in our whole life.
I plan to share a real phenomenon which happened to me in my several time purchasing activities. This is about some observations on our economic behaviors between sellers and buyers. It may be that you have already thought about it time and again, the only difference is you base your explanation on your perspectives. Because our mess is off every Sunday evening, hence,we have to go outside to buy our dinner.Noodles are most efficient and economical fast food for us,therefore,I have been persisting on it.Sometimes, when the cook is frying my noodles,I suddenly find out some secrets behind their menu. Actually, there is no special report or writing about the role played by NDRC to push “one belt one road” strategy. Almost all projects initiated by NDRC would be distributed to local development and reform commissions for further implementation. Under the strategy, all local governments who have some relevance to “one belt one road” ,are actively asking for more projects from NDRC for regional development. Chinese government built up “silk road fund” to finance related energy, infrastructure, public facilities projects , at the same time, it would be better for China’s 4 trillion dollar foreign reserve to get higher By Lee
1. Whether it should be called “New Normal” or not? Fan Gang , Director of China's National Economic Research Institute, refutes to use the phrase of “New Normal” to describe the current China’s economy. He emphasizes that we mistakenly treat the former double digit growth rate as “Normal”, but regard the low to moderate level growth rate as “New Normal”. According to his observation, all years in which 10% growth rate is reached also simultaneously have over heated economic situation, it is not a normal growth rate; Presently, the growth rate of 7%-8% annually is just back to the “Normal” track, it means China’s economy is out of over-heated economic stage. |
